Step 1: Welcome & paperwork
We confirm licensing, transfer your license (if needed), and get your access set up for the MLS, brokerage tools, email, and team communication channels.
Step 2: Local training & foundations
You plug into our training calendar, shadow live appointments, and learn how to generate and convert leads using strategies that work.
Step 3: Into production
Together we set your 30–60–90 day goals, build your prospecting plan, and support you through your first (or next) closings with local expertise and contract support.
